SHIPPING POLICY
At Neatkix, we provide complimentary shipping for all orders across Pan-India. Partnering with reliable shipping services, we’ve organized our inventory to ensure deliveries reach your doorstep within 3-7 working days, depending on your location. Tracking details are dispatched to your registered email within 48 hours of warehouse dispatch. Cash On Delivery is available exclusively in Pan-India, with an additional charge of Rs. 49/-, applicable up to Rs. 5000/-.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
At NeatKiX, all sales are considered final. However, we offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. In the unfortunate event of delivery issues, we kindly request customers to provide valid proof, such as an unboxing video showing the initial seal opening, within 24 hours of delivery via email. Our team will address the matter within 7 working days. Please note that NeatKiX reserves the right to refuse replacement requests
CANCELLATION
Presently, cancellations are applicable solely to orders not yet dispatched from our warehouse. In-Transit Orders cannot be canceled. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days, and no cancellation fees will be imposed.
